About Us

Delta Web Printing is owned and managed by Jim Davis and Kasey Cotulla.

Jim and Kasey completed their buyout of Delta Web at the start of 2011, after managing and growing the company through the recession. In 2010, Delta Web enjoyed it’s largest sales volume in company history thanks to its focus on customer needs and sound management.

The company has been in continuous operation at its West Sacramento facility since its founding in 1992. The company was started as a focused manufacturer of book, insert, and periodical publishing – and continues to provide these services today. In 2005, Jim Davis joined the company as a partner and began assuming responsibility for operations as General Manager. Kasey Cotulla joined the company as a partner in 2008, with a focus on business development.

Biographies

Jim Davis has more than 30 years of experience in the printing industry. Prior to becoming a partner in Delta Web, Jim was the president of a corporate-owned printing company in Sacramento. He also has served as plant manager at several printing facilities, including the large California Office of State Printing. Jim’s expertise and broad background in web printing and production management is a vital ingredient to the company’s success.

Kasey Cotulla brings over 25 years of print experience to Delta Web. Before joining the company as a partner, he managed one of the largest commercial printers in the area as president. Kasey’s background in operations and customer relations provides a complement to Delta Web’s exceptional capabilities.

Jim and Kasey have known each other and worked together for much of their careers in the industry. The opportunity to join into partnership has provided a great environment to build the company around their philosophies of client service, business management, and printing experience.

Peggy Foley has been Plant Manager for more than ten years. Her experience in customer service and production management has been a foundation of Delta Web’s performance. Peggy’s knowledge provides invaluable expertise to meet the company’s high production and performance standards.

Daniel Rangel, Pressroom Manager, has been with Delta Web Printing since it’s inception and has a deep understanding of all aspects of press capabilities and operations.

Delta Web has assembled one of the strongest management and ownership teams in the industry. The company continues to grow and prosper on the strength of its people.
